- Dog boarding has a minimum stay of 2 days*
- Boarding prices are inclusive of food, exercise, heating and insurance.
- Please note, the day your dog arrives whether it be morning or afternoon drop off will be charged as one day as we keep the kennel free for them and still do an afternoon walk and toilet break late evening. If your dog is collected by 10am on the day of departure, that day will not be charged for.
- Due to increases in all running costs, during the winter months from 1st November to 28th February, we will be introducting a winter surcharge of £1.00 per day, per kennel. During the winter months the heaters in each individual kennel will be running almost 24 hours a day to keep the building at a comfortable temperature for all dogs boarding with us.
- £3.00 surcharge per dog per day on bank holidays.
- We're an inclusive kennels and only very rarely turn a guest away but we hope you understand that we may ask for a £5 surcharge per day for dogs that are aggressive or with "special needs" of the kind that makes it much more time-intensive to care for, handle and look after them. If you think this may be your dog then please don't hesitate to speak to us.
* Your dog can of course just spend the one night with us but due to cleaning time etc we've introduced the minimum stay.
All new customers are required to pay a 50% deposit upon booking, we will email an invoice for the payment to be made. Once the payment is received, the booking is confirmed.
Payment methods: Bank transfer, cash on collection or cheque cleared in advance of your dog's admission.

A quick word about vaccinations:
All dogs must be vaccinated and an up-to-date certificate must be provided on arrival.
We strongly recommend the kennel cough vaccination for your dog. Please note that this must be done a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your dog's stay due to it being a live vaccine, meaning that within that time, your dog could be contagious, and be a risk to other boarders. If you choose not to protect your dog, any insurance may be void if contracted during their stay.
